Avv. Oliver Pucillo Furer

Oliver Pucillo Furer graduated in Law from the University of Milan, with a thesis on private law entitled "Il Contratto Normativo" (The Regulatory Contract), and immediately passed the State examination for admission to the profession of lawyer in front of the Court of Appeal of Milan. He has been a member of the Como Bar since 1999 and later admitted to practice at the Supreme Court and other higher Jurisdictions. For about ten years he collaborated with the Institute of Civil Law at the University of Insubria in Como, where he held seminars on various topics including "Professional Liability - Civil Liability of the Intellectual Professional" and "New Contracts: Leasing, Factoring, Franchising". Alternate member of the Federal Appeal Commission of the Italian Motorboat Federation - CONI. Capital partner of Finest Italian Estates S.r.l., an agency affiliated with Engel&Völkers Italia. Particularly experienced in real estate matters, he carries out due diligence activities prior to the conclusion of the sale contract, assisting national and international clients in all the various stages, from the drafting of the letter of intent and/or purchase proposal to the stipulation of the final deed. He is a native speaker of Italian and German and has an excellent knowledge of English.
Avv. Costantino Simone Pisaniello

Graduated in Law at the University of Milan, with a thesis on computer law entitled "The evolution of legal information technology in the telematic era", he then passed the State examination for qualification as a lawyer in front of the Court of Appeal of Milan. He taught law and economics for eleven years at a high school. He has been working with Studio Legale OPF since July 2012. He works in and out of court in civil law matters (civil and medical liability, insurance and road traffic accidents, family law and real estate law), assisting Italian and foreign clients, giving ample space to the negotiating autonomy of the parties in order to find an agreed solution to the conflict. He is a founding partner and member of the Board of Directors of AIGA - Como Section. His interdisciplinary background provides our Law Firm's Clients with a highly professional assistance service.
Avv. Alberto D'Angelo

Graduated at the age of 24 from the University of Milan, with a thesis on the History of Justice entitled "Expertise in criminal proceedings in doctrine and jurisprudence, from 1865 to the '55 novella", he immediately passed the State examination to qualify as a lawyer in front of the Court of Appeal of Milan.
He has been collaborating with Studio Legale OPF since February 2018 and has been a member of AIGA - Como Section since January 2020.
He deals with civil law, both in and out of court, in contractual matters (purchase and sale of real estate, building contracts, work contracts, insurance and debt collection) as well as in family matters (separations, divorces, more uxorio cohabitation agreements). He assists the Law Firm's prestigious international Clientele in the issuing of visas and permits for elective residence and for self-employment. He has excellent knowledge of the English language.
Patrizia Grianti

Secretary of the Law Firm since 1991, she has collaborated with the Founder of the Firm as well as with all the Lawyers and Practitioners who have followed over the years. Thanks to her thirty years of experience, she competently manages every administrative activity of the Law Firm, both analogical and telematic, proving to be an important element of the structure.
